🧩 Plot Summary

Meenakshi Deshpande (Rani Mukerji) is a quirky, imaginative Marathi girl living with her eccentric family in Pune. She works in a college library and dreams of living in a world full of Bollywood glamour and romance — often daydreaming elaborate dance sequences inspired by her favorite film stars.
